(2) Users accessing customer support, requesting a demo, or free month trial via our web site are required to give SurgiCare Software contact information such as name and e-mail address, and demographic information such as a ZIP code, organization and/or role. The user's contact information is used to contact the user when necessary. Personally identifiable information will not be disclosed.
